By visiting and browsing our Website and/or using any of the Services (as defined below), you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not access this Website or use the Services.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER. The information contained on our Website is for general information only. Use of the Website and Services is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. As a result, you should not rely solely or by any means on this information, and we recommend that you take medical advice of your medical practitioner in your country of residence to consult on your medical condition. We make no warranties in relation to the output of our information services. This Website is not intended for crisis or emergency situations other than to provide information which is to be verified by yourself from other sources. If you have a medical emergency, please contact your local medical emergency or hospital immediately as MDMedicine does not provide such services.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS. In these Terms the terms used in capital letters have the following definitions:
“Controlled Substances” means a drug or other substance, or immediate precursor included in the Controlled Substances (US).
“MDMedicine”, “we” or “our” means MDCON Bahrain, having its business address at C/O HealthInvest 100 West Road, Suite 300, Towson, MD 21204, USA, being the owner and operator of the Website.
“Physician” means a medical practitioner, doctor, health expert or similar institution that is registered on the Website.
“Services” means performance of services of a platform providing users with direct access online consultation (chat or email) to Physicians, as well as other services available on the Website.
“User” means a Website visitor, patient, his/her legal representative or guardian, searching for health information and/or using the Services.
“Website” means the website www.mdconbahrain.com, our mobile applications and any other access of the Services through any interface we have and/or may develop.
OUR SERVICES. MDMedicine is a platform on which our Users may find health information and connect to a Physician to get medical discussion with the use of chat, videoconferencing and email discussion. In addition, the following services are available through the Website (as may be amended from time to time):
- Job search for job seekers;
- Recruitment portal for employers;
- Publishing on the Website of books, magazines and journals;
- Users’ appointments with Physicians;
- Classroom, and online courses;
- Workshops, conferences and exhibitions.
For the avoidance of doubt, MDMedicine does not sell, manage, own, control or provide any information and/or Services available on the Website http://viagraonlinensa.com/. Such information and Services are provided by Physicians who are our Website independent suppliers. Such Physicians are responsible for provision of Services, providing information on health and other medical issues. By using any Service, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Physician. MDCON Bahrain does not verify, endorse or authenticate the credentials, experience or the legal status of the Physician. It is up to the User to verify the Physician’s legal, educational, and registration status.
We do not verify any information provided by Physicians and we cannot guarantee that any discussion, and/or information are true, accurate and complete. MDMedicine does not provide any medical consultation directly or indirectly.
Please be aware that our Physicians are located in various countries. As a result, some of the Physicians are not allowed to practice in certain countries. The User is responsible for ensuring that the selected Physician is allowed to provide medical advice on remote consultation in accordance with the User’s applicable law. The User will need to verify the legal, education, work experience, and qualifications of the Physician. MDCON Bahrain does not verify Physicians and does not take any responsibility for the trueness of any information, communication and/or discussion on the Website which is provided by the Physician himself.
Physicians communicate with the User based on the information provided by the User. The User agrees to give full, complete and accurate information. The User shall also provide the Physician with additional reasonably requested information. The Physician may refuse to provide any discussion if the User fails to provide such information without any liability on its side. MDCON Bahrain is not responsible for the confidentiality of the discussions and communications among any parties, taking place on the Website, and is not responsible for any disclosure, leak of information provided by the involved parties, or access to such information by any unauthorized party.
MINORS. You can access our Website and use our Services if you are over 13 years old or the legal age defined in your country of residence. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age and we delete personal information if we learn about it.
USE OF THE WEBSITE. You may use the Website for personal and lawful use subject to your compliance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
- use our Services to perform criminal activity of any kind;
- damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website or Services, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website or Services;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, computer systems or networks connected to the Services by any means;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service;

FAIR USAGE POLICY. We set certain limits on the use of our Website and Service as described above. These rules are set in order to ensure that our Users enjoy the best customer experience. If we have any reasons to believe that you violate these Terms, MDMedicine may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for abusive practices that degrade the performance of the Services for you and/or other customers of MDMedicine.
Any User cannot register more than one user account. If your user account has been suspended, blocked or terminated and/or is disputed, you shall contact us for preliminary written approval to open a new user account.
For security reasons, please keep your password confidential and monitor your account for unauthorized third party access. If you identify or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you should immediately notify us.
ONLINE APPOINTMENTS. On the Website, our Users can choose to search for a Physician with the use of location and medical specialty search preferences. The Website displays a list of Physicians based on the User’s search preferences. The User may request an appointment with the Physician the User chooses. Subject to its availability, the selected Physician could cancel the appointment request. MDMedicine does not control the availability of Physicians and is not responsible directly or indirectly or liable for any consequences (direct, indirect or consequential) due to the cancellation or change in the appointment.
GET A JOB: MDCON Bahrain does not guarantee any job for any applicant and does not guarantee any employee to any employer. The job seeker is submitting an online application, and MDCON Bahrain will by no means lobby or assist him/her in getting a job. MDCON Bahrain will not by any means assist or help the employer in filling his employment vacancy. MDCON Bahrain does not authenticate or verify the information provided by the job seeker or the employer. It is up to the concerned party to verify and authenticate the information provided to the other party.
ONLINE DISCUSSIONS. Physicians provide online discussions subject to the following terms:
- All discussions are provided online via email, videoconferencing or chat (no phone calls are available);
- Physicians request information that the User agrees to provide in order to receive medical information;
- Physicians may give you information but will not prescribe medicines;
- Users are required to seek medical advice with local medical practitioner as to accuracy of information and specific warnings. Neither MDCON Bahrain, nor the Physician assumes any responsibility for the information provided. The information is not provided for the User to act on, but simply to have an idea on the medical condition, and to be an informed patient when the User seeks consults with the local physician;
- The User agrees to inform the Physician in case of any adverse effects of information given by such Physician;
- Unless you are a parent or a legal guardian, you can only use Services for yourself.
COMMUNICATION DURING DISCUSSIONS. Users and Physicians can communicate using the Website’s online tools (chat) or by email. All information is given in English or any other language mutually agreed by the parties. Our Users are required to respect others and follow these rules:
- prepare for the communication beforehand, make a list of medications that you take, think about symptoms and prepare your questions;
- prepare your healthcare records;
- make sure that your PC works properly;
- start with a short greeting and clearly describe the reason for the discussion and symptoms;
- be honest and address the key issues;
- avoid telling information that does not relate to your problem;
- use accurate language when communicating with others;
- do not interrupt and personally insult another person;
- do not be afraid to ask for clarifications if you think that your concerns are not properly addressed;
- do not behave in any way that would cause annoyance or distress to other person.
All Physicians are required to keep medical and health care related information in confidential and privacy. MDMedicine does not control or verify any information or discussion given by Physician.
COMPLAINTS. If a Physician violated these Terms, please contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to resolve all complaints and disputes as amicably and quickly as possible so your cooperation in providing prompt response to our questions would be appreciated.
PACKAGES AND FEES. The fees and description for our packages are indicated on the Website. Fees exclude VAT, where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Our packages include:
- online consultations on healthcare issues (diseases);
- executive medical check-ups in hospitals and clinics;
- maternity packages, inclusive of pregnancy follow up and delivery;
- diabetes packages;
- laboratory test packages;
- hypertension packages;
- sleep apnea packages;
- other healthcare packages.
Once you select the package option you will be billed for the whole package.
It is possible that a product may be mispriced on the Website. We do, however, confirm prices in the confirmation email. Where an actual price is lower than that stated on the Website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the order. If, however, the actual price is higher than that stated on the Website, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Website, you will be asked to submit your credit card details. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method utilized in connection with any transaction. By submitting such information, you grant to MDMedicine the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions initiated by you. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any transaction.
After placing an order, MDMedicine sends you an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, this email does not mean that we accepted your order. Your order constitutes an offer to MDMedicine to buy a service on the Website. MDMedicine reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason. Once we confirm your order, we send the confirmation order to your email.
Once the fee is charged, you cannot cancel your order. MDMedicine does not refund any payment made by the User.
If the User purchases subscription packages, then the User will be automatically billed for the next renewal term. By submitting your payment information, you grant to MDMedicine the right to charge subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your renewal subscription.
If you wish to cancel the renewal of your subscription, you may cancel the renewal before the next billing date. To cancel your renewal, you may log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedure. Please make sure that you receive confirmation email that your renewal is cancelled.
MDMedicine has the right to revise the packages and fees. The new packages and fees do not apply to current orders already billed by MDMedicine before the changes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The intellectual property contained in the Website and Services (and any derivative works based on them) is confidential and/or proprietary information of MDMedicine, our affiliates or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights on the Website and Services shall remain with MDMedicine, our affiliates or licensors, as the case may be. All rights not otherwise claimed under the Terms or by MDMedicine are hereby reserved.
You further acknowledge and agree that the Website and Services are protected by copyrights, trademarks (whether registered or being under registration), service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by MDMedicine or the applicable licensor (such as an advertiser), you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform or create derivative works based on the Services or the Website, in whole or in part. Without limiting the foregoing, any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering or decompilation of the Services or the Website is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
USER CONTENT. MDCON Bahrain may review (but is not obliged to review) comments placed on its social media links and has the right not to publish any material without giving a reason for that. By submitting any reviews or comments on the Website, you grant MDCON Bahrain the right to use, change, create derivate works, publish, display and otherwise legally use your reviews and comments. This right shall survive even if your account is terminated or closed for any reason.
THIRD PARTY SITES. This Website may contain links to third party sites (“linked sites”). The linked sites are not under the control of MDMedicine and we are not responsible for the content of any linked site. MDMedicine makes no representations regarding the content or appropriateness of content on such sites. When you access a linked site from this Website, you leave this Website and you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for viewing and complying with the terms and conditions posted on the linked site.
NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You acknowledge and agree that all access and use of the Website is at your own risk. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we will not be liable to you if the Website or Services are inaccessible or unavailable in whole or in part due to periods of downtime, or for any reason beyond our reasonable control, or because we are carrying out maintenance, upgrades, developments or the like.

The Website contains different plugins, templates, software and images purchased from a third party. MDMedicine cannot guarantee that all such plugins, templates, software and images will function correctly and will be compatible with the User’s PC, plugins, themes, software or browsers of any kind. MDMedicine is not responsible for any loss of data as a result of the use or installation to such plugins, templates, software and/or images.
Under no circumstances shall MDMedicine, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, employees, partners, licensors or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise making available the Website and its content, be liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or any damages or losses whatsoever.
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold MDMedicine, Physicians and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, employees, partners or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise making available the Website, providing Services and data, harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses or liabilities, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of any action, inaction or omission by you. To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of MDMedicine, Physicians and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, employees or partners for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to 10% of the total amount you paid us to use the Services.
FORCE MAJEURE. MDMedicine shall not be deemed to be in default of any provision hereof or be liable for any delay, failure in performance, or interruption of service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, civil or military authority, civil disturbance, war, terrorism, strikes, fires, other catastrophes, power or telecommunications failure or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
NOTICES. Any notice or other communication given or made under or in connection with the matters contemplated by these Terms shall be in writing and sent electronically.
Notice to the User deems to be received by such User if and when MDMedicine is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to such User, or immediately after we post such notice on an area of the Website that is publicly accessible without charge.
INTERNATIONAL USE OF WEBSITE. The Website operates and can be accessed in many regions of the world. If you use our Services from outside the USA, the prevailing law within that jurisdiction would apply to your use of the Services. Please contact us at email@example.com to check whether our Services are available your country prior to your use of the Website.
MDMedicine makes no representation that the Website and its Services is appropriate or available for use in certain locations, and accessing the Service is prohibited from territories where such Services are illegal. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise. If for any reason an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
MDMedicine may assign its rights and (where permissible by law) its obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time without notice, including without limitation, to any person or entity acquiring all or substantially all of the assets or business of MDMedicine. You may not assign these Terms or the rights and duties hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of MDMedicine.
GOVERNING LAW. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and the provision of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

ALL THE ABOVE TERMS APPLY TO USERS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, AND IN ADDITION HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AGREE TO ALL WHAT FOLLOWS:
We use the term “Healthcare provider” meaning a medical practitioner, doctor, health expert or similar institution that is registered on the MDMedicine Website and verified by MDMedicine in accordance with these Terms.
MDMedicine reserves the right to change these Terms as well as other applicable documents. These changes are effective immediately upon posting. When changes come into effect, the revised Terms shall supersede the previous version of the Terms.
By registering on the Website as Healthcare provider and/or providing the Services (as defined below), you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not access this Website or use the Website to provide any Services.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. The Healthcare providers must register on the Website and be verified by MDMedicine. Once approved by MDMedicine, Healthcare providers must fill in the profile and set available time for online appointments. Healthcare providers use the Website to discuss medical conditions with patients registered on the Website (subject to certain limitations as provided below) (the “Services”).
All discussions are provided via video conferences or through chats. MDMedicine is not a party to such discussions and all communication is between the Healthcare provider and User. MDMedicine is only a platform on which a User may connect with the Healthcare provider. MDMedicine does not provide any discussion directly to the User.
HEALTHCARE PROVIDER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. In order to provide the Services, the Healthcare providers are required to register an account and be verified. The Healthcare provider agrees to provide true, complete and accurate information in the registration form and present credentials, medical certificate and other information and documents reasonably requested by MDMedicine. MDMedicine may request a video interview.
MDMedicine is not obliged but may verify each Healthcare provider before such Healthcare provider is included on MDMedicine database. Such verification is conducted by our Verification Team. Each Healthcare provider authorizes MDMedicine to verify the credentials, information and other documentation for authentication. The Verification Team is entitled to refuse any candidate without any explanation.
Any Healthcare provider joining MDMedicine hereby agrees to post in his/her physical, electronic and other premises and facilities, the MDCON Bahrain logo, and to explicit that the Healthcare provider is a member of the network and accepts its patients.
Healthcare providers agree to provide the discount to MDMedicine Subscribers on the Healthcare provider published rates as agreed with MDMedicine in a separate written agreement.
HEALTHCARE PROVIDER PROFILE. Once the Healthcare provider is verified and approved to be selected on MDMedicine database, the Healthcare provider agrees to complete the profile. Each Healthcare provider must provide sufficient information about his/her experience, specialisation, education, location, etc. Each Healthcare provider will need to confirm his/her area(s) of expertise and what the Healthcare provider can treat, details of his/her academic qualifications, length of experience, medical license number and expiry dates. The Healthcare provider agrees to provide full, accurate and valid documents and information.
The Healthcare provider must set their availability (days and times he/she is available for discussion) to appear in user search results and indicate the country in which he/she may provide the Services. The Healthcare provider may switch off their availability status if the Healthcare provider does not wish to appear in search results, for instance when he/she is away on leave or unreachable for certain period. The Healthcare provider may not provide the Services outside his/her country.
The Healthcare provider cannot register more than one account. The Healthcare provider agrees to update his/her profile if any information changes.
For security reasons, please keep your password confidential and monitor your account for unauthorized third parties. If you identify or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you should immediately notify us.
QUALIFICATION OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. By registering as the Healthcare provider, you warrant and guarantee that you comply with the following requirements:
- you have all necessary license and qualification in order to provide the Services;
- you have all necessary medical credentials;
- you will maintain all necessary equipment in order to provide the Services;
- you will update and renew your medical license before its expiration date;
- you will not engage any third party to provide the Services with the use of your account;
- you agree to comply with any applicable law, medical ethics in your country and as globally accepted;
- you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any User’s medical and healthcare information and will not disclose it to any third party;
- you will take any necessary steps in order to secure User’s medical and healthcare information;
- you will treat all Users equally and provide them with the same level of concern.
SELECTION BY USERS. The Healthcare providers are selected by the User based on their search and location preferences. The list of Healthcare providers is displayed to the User and the User can make an appointment with any Healthcare provider. When the User selects the Healthcare provider, the Healthcare provider must respond as quickly as possible within 24 hours after the discussion confirmation email is received. The Healthcare provider may accept, cancel or re-schedule the appointment request. Please note that MDMedicine may display the Healthcare provider’s average response time to the User.
Our Users may contact Healthcare providers in order to ask for additional information about their credentials, experience or legal status before such User selects the Healthcare provider. The Healthcare provider agrees to respond the User within 24 hours after the User contacts the Healthcare provider.
Before the Healthcare provider confirms the online discussion, he/she agrees to inform the User if he/she is not able to provide the Services in certain country or is not qualified for a particular matter.
ONLINE DISCUSSIONS. Once the Healthcare provider accepts the discussion request, the Healthcare provider agrees and must be online on or before the scheduled discussion. Healthcare provider agrees to initiate the discussion on the scheduled date and time.
If the Healthcare provider is not able to be on time, he/she agrees to notify the User promptly in writing in no less than 24 hours before the scheduled discussion and reschedule the discussion.
All discussions are provided on the Website with the use of MDMedicine’s service providers. Our Healthcare providers agree to inform the User that the User is required to seek medical advice with local medical practitioner as to accuracy of information and specific warnings. MDMedicine assumes no responsibility for the information provided.
It should be noted that MDMedicine will delete uploaded attachments to its servers within 24 hours after the discussion is ended. MDMedicine has the right to keep, but also the right to delete the communication, attachment, any documentation any time after the discussion is over. The Healthcare provider grants us the right to keep or delete any attachments transferred during the discussion via chat or videoconference.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR. The Services provided by Healthcare providers are designed only for the provision of medical discussion. Our Healthcare providers are not allowed to give any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
This Website is not intended for crisis or emergency situations. If the Healthcare provider becomes aware that a User has a medical emergency, the Healthcare provider shall immediately ask the User to contact his/her local medical emergency or hospital.
Our Healthcare providers cannot prescribe any drugs or offer any medical treatment. The Healthcare providers must ask a User to seek medical advice with local medical practitioner as to accuracy of information and specific warnings.
Healthcare providers are not allowed to print the records of the User from the Website.
Healthcare providers must immediately stop providing Services, if during the discussion the Healthcare provider becomes aware that he/she is not qualified to discuss certain medical condition due to the lack of specific experience and knowledge or due to any other reasons.
If the User’s condition requires a physical examination, the Healthcare provider cannot provide the Services and shall ask the User to contact his/her local doctor.
When providing the Services, you agree to follow these basics:
- Do not personally insult another person;
- Do not harass, threaten or attack anyone;
- Do not behave in any way that would cause annoyance or distress to other person;
- Do not use hateful, abusive, sexually explicit or threatening language.

FEEDBACK FROM USERS. MDMedicine does not (and is not obliged to) control and supervise the performance of Services. In the meantime, MDMedicine may ask Users to provide feedback for the Healthcare provider following a discussion, to complete a survey and answer MDMedicine’s questions in order to evaluate the Healthcare provider’s service provided.
MDMedicine may (but is not obliged to) investigate any dispute between the User and the Healthcare provider if the User or Healthcare provider submits a claim to MDMedicine.
If the Healthcare provider violates these Terms, MDMedicine may terminate or suspend the Healthcare provider’s account. Upon termination of these Terms, the Healthcare provider will immediately cease performing any services on the Website.
Each Healthcare provider acknowledges and agrees that MDCON Bahrain has the right to publish on its website the summary of User’s evaluation of the Healthcare provider.
RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARTIES. The Healthcare provider is an independent contractor and will maintain complete control of and responsibility for their methods and operations. The Healthcare provider at no time will hold itself out as an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of MDMedicine for any purpose, including reporting to any government authority.
Any fees, expenses or other amounts paid by MDMedicine to the Healthcare provider hereunder shall not be considered salary for pension or wage tax purposes and the Healthcare provider will not be entitled to any fringe benefits, including sick or vacation pay, or other supplemental benefits of the Healthcare provider, unless otherwise required by law. MDMedicine shall not be responsible for deducting or withholding from fees paid under these Terms.
PAYMENT TERMS. MDMedicine will pay fees to the Healthcare provider by bank transfer or deposit to his/her bank account or credit card specified by the Healthcare provider in the profile, provided that MDCON Bahrain will deduct 20% of the charged fees as management fees.
It is the Healthcare provider’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate to avoid delay. The Healthcare provider agrees to make a payment request before the 9th day each month. MDMedicine will review the payment request and process the payment unless there is a pending dispute procedure.
TAXES. The Healthcare provider will be solely responsible for payment of any and all direct or indirect taxes and other fees that can be required by applicable law and associated with the services under these Terms.
